Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the winery in aired plastic boxes. The grapes are there destemmed and, after a mild squeezing, the flower must is extracted. Separated fermentation of each variety at 16º or less to preserve every aromas of the grape in stainless steel vats is performed. Cold stabilization.
Visual Phase: Yellow with golden reflections.
Olfactory Phase: Intense and elegant aroma with plenty of nuances and preponderance of lime, applesauce and water pear fruit notes with mint and fresh grass aftertaste.
Tasting Phase : Pulpy and balanced through mouth. Very lasting flavour, where applesauce and sweet pear fruit notes become stronger. Elegant aftertaste.
